Pressure from other people, lack of time, difficulty in relationships, sensory overload - these are problems young people face every day while dealing with the challenges of growing up. Intense emotions, social anxiety, and building a coherent sense of self affect not only the present, but also the future. Combined with decisions about further education or a career path, this can become more than one can handle alone. That's why I also offer personal development coaching to young people.
An individual plan for growth and overcoming difficulties
Thanks to my experience working with children and young people, I build a plan that helps deal with difficult emotions - lack of confidence, loneliness, shyness, shame, feeling lost, or dependence on digital devices and social media. Together we work on your resources so you can regain balance and feel more confident in daily life - balancing school, passions, and relationships.
If you're struggling with a lack of confidence and difficulties in relationships with peers, the plan will focus on three areas:
- building confidence,
- managing emotions,
- improving interpersonal relationships.
We'll start by analyzing daily habits and situations that trigger stress. Then come regular sessions to build confidence (positive thinking, social skills, coping with fear of judgment), relaxation techniques, and work on empathy, communication, and building healthy connections - including balance between the online and offline world.
