About me

An experienced leader who became a coach and mentor.

I'm an experienced leader and manager, as well as an executive and business coach and mentor. I support executives, business owners and managers with decisions, change, and building organizational resilience.

For the past 6 years I've owned Healthtime, where I support business leaders, managers and business owners. People come to me when decisions get harder than usual - when they're facing time pressure, organizational change, or burnout in the management team.

Each of them arrives with a different situation, but they share one thing - the need for a clear-headed space to make a decision, which we work out together.

As an additional strand of my work I also run developmental coaching for young people, and I mentor The Grade, a non-profit organization in Gdańsk.

A graduate of MBA and computer science studies. Certified by the Neuro Change Institute as a Master Trainer - I use scientifically grounded techniques for behaviour change, supporting transformation based on evidence, not just intuition.

Continuously building expertise

I am currently completing a master's degree in Psychology of Development and Business at SWPS University. In addition - sport and a healthy, balanced lifestyle have been my passion for many years. Believing that an effective leader needs not only competence but also energy and resilience, I also became a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. This lets me support leaders in building high performance over the long term.

Approach

A leader's resilience as a business resource

For 20 years I made the same decisions my clients face today - in executive roles at Gates, International Paper, Xerox and Atos. I combine that management experience with psychological knowledge I keep deepening - currently completing a master's degree in Psychology of Development and Business at SWPS University. This combination - management practice and a psychological toolkit - lets me understand not just what a leader should do, but also why, under pressure, they often do something else.

I treat a leader's mental resilience and decision-making energy as a business resource - one that shows up directly in the quality and speed of boardroom decisions, not as a separate "wellbeing" topic. In working on this resource I draw on evidence-based approaches (including the Neuro-Change method), combining them with concrete knowledge of the mechanics of stress, motivation and decision-making. I've also been into physical activity since childhood - I take part in extreme obstacle-course races, cycle, and train calisthenics and strength sports - which gives me a practical, not just theoretical, understanding of working under pressure and recovering between challenges.
