Terms of Service

1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for providing coaching and training services by Paweł Kardach, trading as Healthtime Paweł Kardach (the "Coach"), to individuals and to organizations ordering the service on behalf of their employees or associates (together, the "Client"). 2. Types of services
- A free initial call (45-60 minutes) - used to name the goal of the engagement and check whether both sides are a good fit, with no obligation to continue.
- Individual executive and business coaching sessions, and session packages (basic: 6 sessions, full: 10 sessions), delivered online or in person in the Tricity area.
- Management coaching and support with stress, burnout and work-life balance.
- Group workshops and training for teams, with scope and format agreed individually with the ordering organization.
- Developmental coaching for young people, run as an additional area of practice - detailed terms agreed individually with a parent/legal guardian for minors.
3. Entering into an engagement
Working together is preceded by a free initial call, during which goals, scope and the rules for further work are established. A session package is ordered once the Client accepts an individual quote presented after the initial call, in writing or by email. For services funded by an organization (the "business triangle" model: sponsor-client-coach), confidentiality rules, the scope of reporting to the sponsor, and billing terms are additionally set out in a separate three-way agreement before work begins.
4. Scheduling, cancellations and rescheduling
Session times are agreed individually each time. The Client may cancel or reschedule a session with no financial consequence by giving notice at least 24 hours before its planned start. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attending without prior notice, may result in the session being counted as delivered under the purchased package.
5. Payment
The fee for a session package is set individually after the free initial call and confirmed before work begins. Payment is made against an invoice, on terms and by a method agreed with the Client. Prices are not published on the site, because the scope and intensity of work are tailored individually to the Client's situation and goal.
6. Confidentiality
The Coach undertakes to keep confidential all information obtained during coaching sessions, in line with the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Where coaching is funded by an organization (a sponsor), the sponsor receives only information agreed in advance with the Client - such as whether sessions took place, or general progress against agreed goals - never the substantive content of conversations, without the Client's explicit consent.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A Client who is a consumer and has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason, in line with applicable consumer-protection law - except that this right does not apply where the service (e.g. a coaching session) has been fully performed with the consumer's prior, explicit consent before that period ends.
8. Complaints
The Client may submit a complaint about how a service was delivered by email to kontakt@pawelkardach.pl. Complaints are resolved within 14 business days of receipt.
9. Liability
Coaching is a process that supports the Client's own decision-making and does not constitute legal, financial, medical or psychological advice. Decisions made during or as a result of the coaching process remain the Client's sole decision.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable law. These terms may be updated; the current version is always available at this address, together with the "last updated" date.
